Terms of Service — General Conditions of Contract
These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of premium chauffeur and transfer services provided by STA 2019 SL (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
1. Service Scope
The Service Provider offers premium private transport services with professional drivers in Barcelona and surrounding areas. Services are booked in advance on a fixed-price basis as calculated during the checkout process.
2. Booking and Payments
- Reservations: Bookings must be requested online through the booking interface. The reservation is finalized and confirmed once the payment is completed and a booking confirmation email containing a reference code is sent to the client.
- Pricing: Prices shown are final and include all taxes (IVA), toll roads, vehicle clean fees, and base driver fees.
- Flight Tracking: For airport pickup transfers, clients must provide a valid flight number. The Service Provider monitors the flight schedule to align pickup times in case of delays.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full 100% refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.
- No-Shows: If a passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup point without prior notice, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booking.
4. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, severe weather, unexpected traffic closures). In all other cases, liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
