Barcelona is Europe's busiest cruise port, welcoming millions of passengers every year. Getting to your ship smoothly is the perfect start to your holiday.

The Cruise Terminals

The main cruise terminals (Adossat Pier) are Terminals A, B, C, D (Palacruceros), and E (Helix). These are located a few kilometers from the city centre, meaning walking with luggage is not recommended.

From Barcelona Airport to the Cruise Port

The distance is about 16 km, and the journey takes around 25-30 minutes.
- Private Taxi (Best Option): Booking a private transfer is highly recommended. The driver will track your flight, meet you at arrivals, and drop you exactly at your specific cruise terminal.
- Standard Taxi: You can take a taxi from the airport rank, but be prepared for queues. Expect to pay around €35-€40 plus luggage and port supplements.
- Public Transport (Not Recommended): There is no direct public transport. You would need the Aerobús to Plaça Espanya, metro to Drassanes, and then the Cruise Bus (T3) to your terminal.

From the City Centre to the Cruise Port

If you are spending a few days in Barcelona before your cruise, you can take a pre-booked taxi from your hotel directly to the port.

Alternatively, the Cruise Bus (T-3 Portbús) runs from the Columbus Monument (near Drassanes metro) to all terminals. Tickets cost €3 one way.
